Normally we deliver your order next working day. Our cut off time is 4 pm for next working day delivery. We do not deliver on Sunday or Bank Holiday. We also deliver to many international destinations within Europe and USA, if you want us to ship your order elsewhere please contact our sales team.

Placing your Order
To making a purchase browse our Products , click on any item that you would like to buy and add it into the shopping cart. After you have finished your shopping, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process the order. When you place your order online you will receive automated email with information about your order, please wait for order confirmation email, that will inform you whether your order has been accepted or not. Please note that promotional or free gifts are all subject to availability.
FastGuard Euro Collect and Return Warranty
Every Samsung Notebook comes with a standard provision of one year 'return to base' warranty, effective within the European Economic Area and Switzerland. As part of this warranty Samsung also provides you with ninety days of FREE Support Centre service for the factory installed operating system and software utilities. If you register your notebook with Samsung within 30 days of purchase, Samsung will extend this FREE Support Centre service to one full year of cover.
At Samsung we understand that the reliability of your notebook is vital, whether you use it at work, at home or in education. Samsung also realise that Notebook failure with resultant downtime could potentially be very costly, especially if you use your notebook for your business and travel with it extensively. This is why Samsung has introduced FastGuardT.
FastGuardT offers you a fast track collection, repair and return service for your notebook, which you can extend, up to a maximum of 3 years. The aim is to minimise disruption and get you back to productive working as quickly as possible. If you register your Samsung Notebook within 30 days of purchase, Samsung will enrol you for a FREE one year of FastGuardT support, in addition to your standard return-to-base warranty. Some of our top range notebooks may have additional extensions bundled as part of the original package (please check your original documentation).
Under the FastGuard programme, should you experience a problem with your Notebook, you will need to call our Support Centre to have the fault diagnosed. If the Samsung Support Analyst determines that your Notebook requires repair, Samsung will be responsible, within the European Economic Area and Switzerland, for collecting your notebook and returning it to you, in any major European city, within a target turnaround time of 72 hours*.

- The Support Centre operates between 09:00 to 17:00 hours British Standard Time and Central European Time, Monday to Friday, excluding Europe wide public holidays.
