Samsung R700 Cash back Promotion – Terms and Conditions
                                                           

1. This Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
2. Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its group companies or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. The R700  Cash back Offer” applies to the purchase of a new Samsung NP-R700-AS01UK
4. If you purchase a new NP-R700-AS01UK within the promotion period, you will receive a retrospective “Cashback” refund of £50.
5. This offers only applies to the purchase of new (not second-hand) NP-R700-AS01UK from 1st July 2008  in the UK between 31st August 2008  or whilst stock last.  All claims must be received no later than 30th September 2008
6. Only one Cashback claim per qualifying purchase and customer. This Promotion is only available to end-users only.
7. To claim Cashback, please contact the Promoter by any of the following methods:

*Please mark as “R700 Cash back Promotion”, including your name, address, postcode, day time contact phone number and the make, model and serial number of the machine you are claiming for, along with a copy of the purchase invoice.   Claims without this information will be invalid.  Claims must arrive no later than 30th September 2008 or they will be invalid.

1. Cash backs for valid claims will be made payable to the name on the invoice and will be dispatched by first class post to the addresses of the respective claimants, as provided by them in their form, within 28 days of a form being received and receipt of proof of purchase.    Invalid claimants will be notified by post, fax, email or phone within 7 working days of receipt of the claim.
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for applications lost or damaged in the post/fax/email and proof of posting/dispatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
3. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age and other relevant details of an entrant or claimant and/or the verification as to their qualifying purchase before sending to the claimant the cash back.
4. The Promoter shall not be responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible, late, mutilated or altered forms or accompanying documentation.
5. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
7. The Claimant is responsible to HM Customs and Excise to reduce the input tax on any VAT Claim by the amount of the cash back claimed.
8. This offer for cashback cannot be used in conjunction with any other Samsung promotion.
9. By entering this Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10. This Promotion is governed by English law.
